The Savoy brand was founded in the early 20th century in the Netherlands, by the company UTO Nederland, inspired by the Savoy dynasty that existed in the Middle Ages in an area of present-day Italy and France. In the early 1990s, SIS Industries Ltd. purchased the brand, began producing it in Bulgaria and developed it in the country and abroad.
Today, the Savoy brand is the most famous brand of spirit drinks in the country with products that are leaders in their categories such as Savoy vodka, Savoy whiskey, Savoy gin and Savoy tequila. The products are of universally recognized quality, have been awarded in international competitions and are attracting more and more fans outside of Bulgaria. They are distributed in more than 20 countries around the world and are gaining increasing popularity among consumers of quality spirits.
