- 45 ml Savoy Pink gin
- 15 ml applejack
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15 ml grenadine
- 1 small egg white
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Add the gin, applejack, lemon juice, grenadine, and egg white into a cocktail shaker without ice and vigorously dry-shake.
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
