- 70 ml Savoy Dry Gin
- 15 ml Dry Vermouth
- Dash bitter
- Muddled olives
- Lemon peel
Combine all ingredients in the mixing glass. Add ice to the mixing glass.
Stir the ingredients for 10 – 15 seconds. Try to avoid over-diluting the drink.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Express a lemon peel over the top, and discard.
Garnish with olives.
